Teaching Assistants: Maximising Impact
We are very excited to introduce our new Teaching Assistant Programme which has been written to address the current demands of the Teaching Assistant role. Delivered over five sessions, it aims to equip Teaching Assistants with the tools needed to support their professional development whilst focusing on maximising progress for the children they work with.

NQT Development Programme
The NQT Development Programme aims to provide regular, half termly training alongside regular school visits to deepen teachers’ understanding of effective classroom practice; introducing and consolidating new knowledge, skills andstrategies; and focusing on what makes excellent teaching and learning.
